Below are a few URLs I find mightily handy when coding web pages. (These are partially here for your benefit, partially so I can access them when away from my bookmarks. :)

Another resource I find useful is http://htmlhelp.com. They have stuff similar to the HTML4 spec site you have listed, but they also carry the some validators and a pretty good list of links to FAQ, design issue, cgi programming, and other web-related pages. |
