Note: Safari (v1.2) does not apply styles added to an existing stylesheet until a new stylesheet (or any item) is added to the <head> afterwards.
Note: As noted under the DOM 2 Style support for Opera, Opera 7 doesn't support document.styleSheets, and hence this code doesn't work.
